Ritz Banc Group is a real estate investment and asset management firm focused on the multifamily real estate sector in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States.
Since 2012 we have completed 27 transactions representing roughly $725 million of total deal value, and today we manage $427 million across 15 assets. We run acquisitions, capital markets and asset management in-house and partner with best-in-class third-party property managers in each market, which keeps our platform scalable and our interests aligned with our investors through co-investment in every transaction.
